Showing players who meet all 7 of these:

Big movers — Playing better lately than they were — a momentum score of 60 or more.

Breakout signal — Measurably better across two full seasons, while young for the level or after a promotion. A hot month is not a breakout, and neither is the momentum score on its own.

Knocking on the door — Close enough to a big-league call-up to matter — readiness 70 or more. A call-up is usually when a card jumps.

Young for their level — Roughly two years or more younger than the typical player at that level. Being young for the competition is the single best sign we have.

Listed standouts — Scores 75 or better all round AND has a card listed right now, so there is something to act on. The listing half is a fact about the market, not about the player.

Catalyst — Something happened to him that we can evidence — a promotion, a call-up, an injury, a trade. Every sourced event we hold today is a level change read from the two official stat lines; dated events join as they are logged, and the row prints the event and how we know it.

Strong and young — Scores 70 or better all round, is roughly two years or more young for his level, and is not measurably fading. Three bars that already sit on the row, asked for at once — it is not a fourth score and it is not a verdict on his card.

Only 26 of 28 players have what this ordering needs; the rest are listed after them.

The top three on each axis, over every player we track — not the cut above. Three of these rank the ballplayer; the fourth ranks the whole purchase, and they routinely disagree.
